We’re Hiring: White Collar Litigation Associate – Partner , New York / New Jersey and Boston Metropolitan Areas - Remote OK
We’re conducting a search for a White Collar Litigation Attorney with excellent drafting skills to join a small firm. The firm represents clients in high-stakes regulatory and enforcement matters, including SEC and DOJ investigations, white collar defense, and internal corporate investigations.
This is a compelling opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain hands-on experience in complex government and regulatory matters within a collaborative and dynamic litigation team.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Superb legal research and writing skills
Experience drafting motions, memoranda, and responses to government subpoenas
Familiarity with SEC, DOJ, or other regulatory investigations
A proactive and disciplined work ethic
A collaborative mindset and professionalism under pressure
Requirements
4+ years of substantive litigation experience in white collar defense, internal investigations, or government enforcement matters
Familiarity with federal court practice and regulatory procedure
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points For
Clerkship experience or background at a regulatory agency
