Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant on a project basis, with a focus on audit preparation and strategic accounting initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting during a key phase of external audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with audit preparation and support, including reconciliations and documentation.
• Provide strategic accounting support—partnering with internal stakeholders to improve processes and align financial operations with business objectives.
• Leverage NetSuite to extract reports, analyze data, and ensure accurate general ledger activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including experience in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and external audit requirements.
• Demonstrated strategic accounting mindset—able to look beyond day-to-day tasks to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
