Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Staging & Property Presentation • Collaborate with the lead Realtor to stage homes, ensuring properties are showcased at their highest potential to appeal to buyers. • Manage staging logistics, materials, and timelines for listings. Administrative & Operational Support • Coordinate and maintain the Realtor’s calendar, appointments, and showing schedules. • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all contacts and interactions are accurately recorded. • Monitor time-sensitive tasks and ensure timely completion of requests and follow-ups. Transaction Coordination • Support contract-to-close process, including scheduling inspections, walkthroughs, and closings. • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. • Serve as a liaison among clients, agents, attorneys, and vendors throughout the transaction process. Marketing & Client Engagement • Assist in creating print and digital marketing materials to support listings and promote the brand. • Organize and execute open houses and community engagement events to build local visibility. • Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence. Qualifications: Required: • Valid North Carolina Real Estate License (active) • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience • Proven background or strong understanding of staging homes for sale • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends • High school diploma or GED • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database tools Preferred: • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks • Customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism • Ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure About Company: We are a high-level real estate business focused on providing high-level service to clients.
