Job Description

At Malace|HR , we specialize in providing top-tier workforce solutions and project management services across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to join our team and lead diverse projects in engineering, R&D, financial systems, product rollouts, and other non-IT disciplines.

Position Summary:
The Non-IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities across multiple functional areas to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with client specifications and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans to meet business objectives and client expectations.

  • Coordinate the integration of technical activities across departments.

  • Present proposals, progress reports, and final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead recruitment and staffing efforts for project teams; supervise, evaluate, and support team performance.

  • Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology requirements, resource availability, and market demand.

  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to refine project specifications and workflows.

  • Review and approve contracts, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain optimization.

  • Knowledge of business operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Visio, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

  • 5–7 years of experience in project management within non-IT environments.
