About the Job

The Medical Innovation Acceleration Lead oversees the implementation of a broad range of innovation, digital, and AI-based solutions throughout the North America Medical organization.

Through collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders, this role will lead the transformation journey of North America Medical through the integration of key initiatives that digitally enable insights gathering and content development through omnichannel delivery.

The Medical Innovation Acceleration Lead must have an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset, a proven track record of success in within the bio-pharma industry, and a strong background in medical/scientific communications and digital solutions.

Our Medical function serves as a valued strategic partner with Digital, Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs. Main Responsibilities:

About You

  • Advance degree in Medical / Bio-sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD) with 5+ years of relevant Medical and/or Digital/Omnichannel experience in bio-pharma industry
  • Experience and demonstrated skill in the development and/or delivery of complex scientific and medical information to HCP audiences
  • Exemplary customer-facing skills and ability to collaborate with Executives and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledge of industry guidelines pertaining to scientific engagement and interactions with health care providers
  • Travel (~10%) may be required
