Job Description

What you will be doing:

Manage and oversee complex litigation cases
Lead first-chair trials, attend hearings and depositions
Draft motions and pleadings
Handle all aspects of litigating cases
Maintain organization and detail orientation in a high-pressure environment
Manage a significant case load effectively
Conduct excellent written and oral communication
Perform exceptional legal research
Exercise good judgment and professionalism
Demonstrate proactiveness and a strong work ethic
Prioritize and multi-task efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Navigate all stages of litigation with knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Experience you will need:

Minimum four (4) years of complex civil litigation experience
Extensive experience in managing litigation cases
Comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures and trial processes
Excellent proofreading skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong sense of humor and collegial attitude
