We’re an early-stage, self-funded startup in stealth mode—founded by two entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits across wildly different industries. We’re building a high-impact SaaS platform to reinvent how neighborhoods buy home services. It’s a massive, fragmented market—and we’re coming in hot with brains, grit, and a little chaos.
We’ve been in the weeds for over a year, and launch is in sight. Now we’re ready to bring on our very first interns—starting with someone who actually enjoys underwriting models, pricing structures, and playing with spreadsheets until they sing.
This isn’t a “watch from the sidelines” internship. You’ll work directly with both founders: one a strategy-obsessed operator who’s scaled real companies, the other a relentless idea machine with a monster network. If you love making sense of ambiguity, asking smart questions, and using Excel as a superpower—read on.
What You’ll Do
Build and refine pricing models that make our platform smarter and more scalable.
Analyze costs, margins, and unit economics across different customer and vendor profiles.
Support underwriting efforts for bulk home service offerings (think: how do you price 47 lawns in one zip code?).
Help define the KPIs that matter—and build dashboards or models to track them.
Research competitors, adjacent markets, and analog business models to sharpen our thinking.
Work on wildcard finance/ops projects. Got a knack for automations or modeling vendor payouts? You’ll probably own that.
Hands-on experience shaping pricing and growth strategy from the ground floor.
One-on-one mentorship from founders who’ve built and sold companies—and who love a good spreadsheet.
Exposure to investor-ready materials (decks, forecasts, models).
A chance to help invent a financial engine that scales nationally.
Street cred. And maybe some startup war stories to tell at your next interview.
You love numbers. But more importantly, you know what the numbers mean .
You’ve probably built a financial model from scratch (or tried, failed, and Googled your way to victory).
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and proactive when things get messy.
You might be studying finance, economics, math, or data—but we care more about how you think than what your major says.
Bonus points for familiarity with: Excel/Google Sheets wizardry, SQL, Airtable, Notion, pricing theory, behavioral econ, or Monte Carlo simulations (we’re half-kidding… unless?).
