Position : Director of Paid Media

Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST

Salary Range : $5500-$6000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a performance-obsessed, full-stack growth marketer who lives and breathes Meta, TikTok, and Google ads —someone who has been in the trenches, who knows what makes an ad convert, and who is equally strong in strategy, execution, and data analysis . 

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for optimizing the entire top-of-funnel engine across our portfolio—from running and optimizing paid campaigns , to owning creative strategy , to coordinating asset development and landing page testing . You’ll work closely with internal teams, founders, designers, and external partners to generate the assets and funnels needed to scale efficiently. 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on paid media.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale paid media campaigns and budgets.
  • Expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or eCommerce environments is a plus.
     
 

What You’ll Own 

Top-of-Funnel Performance :

  • You are the owner and optimizer of the entire TOF ecosystem—from paid media to creative to landing page experience. 
  • Daily hands-on execution in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads—structuring, testing, scaling campaigns with clear KPIs. 
  • Build, launch, and scale winning funnels (including first-purchase and subscription offers) with a focus on CAC, MER, and LTV payback. 
  • Drive creative strategy across channels: ideate angles, identify winning formats, lead production, and constantly iterate based on data. 
  • Design and manage testing calendars across ads, landing pages, and audiences. 
 

Creative Strategy & Asset Development:

  • Develop high-converting creative briefs, working with our internal team and external creators to bring ideas to life. 
  • Leverage UGC, influencer content, AI tools, and photoshoots to build scalable creative pipelines.
  • Know what assets are converting, what to test next, and how to evolve creative to drive performance. 
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and agency partners to ship high-volume, high-velocity content. 

Landing Page Optimization & Funnel Testing:

  • Work with our brand teams to build, test, and optimize landing pages and offers across the portfolio. 
  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on learnings.
  • Collaborate with CRO resources and no-code devs to move fast and increase on-site conversion. 

Influencer & Creator Campaigns 

  • Identify, activate, and manage influencer and creator relationships to support UGC pipelines and whitelisted campaigns. 
  • Oversee briefs, deliverables, usage rights, and performance tracking. 
  • Test influencer-led creative against traditional content to identify new scalable formats. 

Performance & Data Analysis 

  • Track all key metrics (CAC, AOV, CTR, ROAS, LTV, retention) and translate them into clear action plans. 
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to stay close to what’s working—and pivot fast when it’s not. 
  • Obsess over details, optimize constantly, and push the team to move faster and smarter.

  • You’ve run paid social at scale, either in-house at a DTC brand or at a high-performing agency. 
  • You’re full-stack—you can write the ad copy, build the audience, run the test, analyze the results, and lead the creative next step. 
  • You’re a relentless tester—you love the process of optimizing ads, pages, and funnels to get better results. 
  • You know how to work with creators, editors, and designers to turn creative strategy into assets that convert. 
  • You’re comfortable in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Motion, and Webflow/landing page builders. 
  • You thrive in environments where you’re expected to own outcomes, not just tasks.
