💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Welcome prospective residents and showcase our beautiful community
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key amenities and features
  • Process applications and lease paperwork with accuracy and care
  • Maintain model units and office presentation
  • Support marketing initiatives and online listings
  • Provide exceptional service to current residents
  • Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Leasing or property management experience is a plus (but not required!)
  • Experience with housing voucher programs is a bonus
  • Customer service, sales, or retail background
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Yardi experience a plus)
  • Friendly, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Must pass background, credit, and drug screening
